Partner at McFarland and Pecci Films, Mike is a longtime collaborator with Ian McFarland. Over the past 12 years they have together they have created numerous award winning films and music videos and continue to push their creative limits. Recently Mike signed as a Director/Producer by LA based The Gotham Group and is represented by The United Talent Agency.

Skip Williamson
Skip is a former partner at Lakeshore Entertainment, where he produced several films including the “Underworld” and “Crank” film franchises. Additionally, he is the founder of two records labels, including the multi-Grammy-nominated soundtrack label Lakeshore Records. Currently he serves as Chief Creative Officer for Project M Group with is a digital media and e-commerce company which most recently purchased and rebranded Revolver Magazine as a digital media platform for hard rock.

Jeff Castelaz
Jeff comes with over 25 years of experience in music management, founding Cast Management in 1992 and Dangerbird records in 2004 – as well as serving as head of Elektra Records from 2012 – 2015. Through the years Jeff has worked with acts such as Dropkick Murphys, Beck, Belle and Sebastian, and Air among other notable names.
Anthony Jarvis
Anthony Jarvis is a visionary cinematographer, DP and editor who use both the lens and the edit suite to paint a compelling picture of all subjects and subject matter. Whether he’s capturing the essence of products while shooting commercials or presenting a highly stylized reality in music videos and documentaries, Anthony’s work always keeps the audience’s attention focused on the screen. His versatile skill set and years of on set and behind-the-scenes experience make him an invaluable asset on all productions.
Brandon Van Auken
Brandon is a multi-disciplined generalist from the Bay Area. He has done motion graphics and visual effects for national commercials, music videos, short films, major corporations, video games and feature films. Brandon founded Shadowgraph Studios in 2011 and has been freelancing ever since.

Aaron Drake
Aaron has scored everything from feature films and wide-release movie trailers to television commercials and PSAs. A classically trained pianist, Drake earned his MFA in Music Composition from CalArts. His sound art and experimental work has been presented at LACMA, REDCAT, ICA, OCMA, ZKM and the Hammer Museum, among many other venues. Aaron Drake founded Sound in Space in Los Angeles, CA. He “believes in the spirit of exploration and the value of collaboration.”

Jay Reason
Jay Reason is an independent music professional with a focus on the digital landscape and independent artists. Producing over 100 projects for Sony Music’s largest artists including Michael Jackson, Billy Joel, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson and Miles Davis; RCA Records, Legacy Recordings, Google, VMG Creative and Grand Visual. Reason was frontman for Connecticut bands The Distance and Voice of Reason.

Nathan Bice
Bice is a multi-instrumentalist and singer who has worked almost 2 decades as a recording and mix engineer. Having spent years as a professional touring musician, an engineer in studios in NYC and Boston, and graduating from The Conservatory in Phoenix, he brings a unique perspective to each project in which he’s involved. Drawing from his experience working with bands and musicians across many genres, his approach to sound in film has resulted in collaborations with McFarland & Pecci on many projects to date.
